HOME ACCESS

PROVIDE A SPARE KEY – If providing a spare key, there is no charge for key exchange if exchange occurs during initial consultation.  If key exchange is after initial consultation, there will be a $15 fee for key pickup. Key will be in safe keeping for possible future pet sitting dates, or can be returned per request.  

ON – SITE KEY EXCHANGE – Provide a safe place to leave your key for entry (please text or email photo of where key is placed prior to departure).  Key can be kept for future pet sitting dates or left in the same spot after the final visit.

ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCKS – Please provide door code prior to visit.  For many electronic locks, you can create a custom door code specifically for Kiwi’s Critter Care.

LOCKBOXES – Keys can be placed in a lock box of your own with a custom code for Kiwi’s Critter Care.

CANCELLATION

DROP IN VISITS –  A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The remainder of the total cost for visits will be due the day of your first visit. A full refund is available if you need to cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled visits.  If cancellation is not within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

OVERNIGHT STAYS – A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. The remainder of the total cost will be due the first day of scheduled booking.  A full refund is available if cancellation occurs one week before your trip. If cancellation is not within one week of scheduled booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

EARLY RETURNS – No credits or refunds will be given for early returns.

PAYMENT

INVOICING – An invoice will be emailed or sent via text message prior to scheduled services. Invoice must be paid in full on the first day of services.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – Several payment options are available- Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Check. Once the preferred payment method is chosen, a link for that payment method will be sent to you via text.
